From a structural perspective, Empowered
Enterprise supports clients as they pass through five hierarchical
stages:
|
| |
|
Communication: i.e. contact management,
e-mail, scheduling, task management, and customer relationship
management. The Empowered Mail module standardizes, aggregates
and records these transactions into corporate memory.
Processes: i.e. lead generation & management, sales
force management, online marketing and back office operations.
The Empowered Manufacturer includes all of these functional
areas.
Enterprise-Specific Processes: Many organizations require
customization of the standard application tools to meet their
specific needs. Empowered Enterprise's application staff
specializes in process re-engineering followed by custom development
and implementation projects to accommodate enterprise-specific
processes.
Integration: Empowered Enterprise has the capability
of linking legacy applications and databases within the Empowered
Enterprise applications. In cases where enterprise integration
or web enabling is required, our development specialists can
link your Empowered Enterprise implementation to your existing
applications.
Empowered Enterprise's modular architecture enables clients
to select exactly those features that they require and combine
them in the manner that is most advantageous. There is no superfluous
functionality to confuse the user or inflate time or budgetary
requirements. |
