Sales Consultant - Employment Application

Empowered Media is currently seeking Sales Consultants to represent the company fee based software products and site promotion services to select businesses within assigned territories within the United States and internationally.

Step 2
  Instead of having you come to our office, we invite you to complete this application and our questionnaire, we will review it and we will call or e-mail you to inform you of any interest in your candidacy for our position and at that time set up a one-on-one discussion with the President of Empowered Media. The following is what will happen during an interview:
     
  A. Key element s of your application and our position requirements are discussed;
  B. Detailed explanation of the Sales Consultant responsibilities are covered;
  C. Company policies, procedures and rules are discussed;
    a. Commission Compensation Structure
    b. Description of abilities and what is required from you
   
  Typically, at the end of your interview and discussion with our President, both of you will discuss whether or not mutual interest exists in your representing our company.
   
Step 3
  All Rep’s are required to participate in online training sessions regarding our software service package as well as discussion on approved business methods and objectives. This training for the most part is on-line hands-on comprehensive. Topics covered during our online training include:
 
     
  • A Step by Step Introduction to each of our site promotion services and software modules
  • Introduction to the industry by industry opportunity for our services and software
  • Empowered Marketer Mission & Goals
  • How We will Work together for our Mutual Success and your career path with Empowered
  • Our Terms, Conditions, Compensation, and etc. for our Reps
